These programs are no longer provided as a "one size fits all" but are used for the basis to provide you with programs designed to your specifications to meet your needs in regulatory agency reporting and in-house requirements.
The Backflow Tracking and Testing Program was designed to allow a Utility or Authorized Backflow Assembly Tester to track where backflow assemblies are located and track the testing of the assemblies. With this program you can determine which assemblies have been tested and which ones are not operating within the legal restraints. It also provides a method of customer notification when testing is due. This is an excellent tool for Backflow Assembly Testers with the ability to track multiple utilities.
Software for tracking your Cross Connection program. Designed for USC (revision 9) compliance. This program tracks survey letters, site surveys, Backflow Assembly Testers, test equipment calibration, violations, and provides period reports. Multiple utilities are supported.
The Hydrant Tracking and Testing Program is designed to let a Utility track hydrant locations, testing and maintenance performed, including the calculations of flows at 20psi. Along with the testing, work orders can be generated and the work performed entered into the system to help in determining problem hydrants.
Leak Detection and Repair Tracking
This program was developed in conjunction with Utility Services Associates Leak Detection services and Leak Survey results. This program is a one time purchase and can be used with current leak detection and future surveys. Survey results are entered into the program which then produces work orders to repair the leaks and tracks the results. A complete set of reports show the progress, cost of repair and savings resulting from the detection and repair of the leaks.
Manhole Maintenance and Repair Tracking
Using this program you can schedule regular inspections, track which inspections are coming due and which ones have been completed and all maintenance performed. This program maintains a complete history of each manhole in your system.
The Meter Tracking and Testing Program was developed to provide the Utility with a method of setting up a meter replacement program and tracking the maintenance performed on meters. With the cost of production, and the rate structures that we are all forced to live with, it becomes very important to be collecting for all water produced. The water meter is the device that allows us to accurately measure and bill the right amount for the production of the water. These are the individual “cash registers” at the customers location. More and more, Utilities are finding that a regular meter testing program is needed to insure accuracy and replacement as necessary. This program provides the means for tracking these tests and determining when replacement is in the best interest of the Utility.
Street Light Inspection and Repair
The Street Light program was a special request by one of our customers and is designed to track the inspections and repairs performed on the street lights throughout their lifetime.
The Valve Tracking and Exercising Program is designed to let a Utility track valve location, exercising and maintenance performed. Along with the exercising, work orders can be generated and the work performed entered into the system to help in determining problem valves.
Work Order and Inventory Management
The Work Order and Inventory Management Program is designed to let a Utility track work orders from the time of problem discovery through completion of work. Material and labor are accounted for and the inventory levels are adjusted for the materials used. Utility locates are also tracked with the results recorded and reports provided.
